Viña del Mar: The Town

I actually lived in a smaller town adjoining Valparaíso called Viña de Mar. Viña is more residential than Valpo with a huge mall right by the beach.

As in most Latin American cities, Viña has a center plaza surrounded by shopping and street vendors. The plaza serves as a meeting place and a park.
