The Tale of a Skier

To all my faithful readers:

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I do have a tale to tell.

Last weekend we got a little snow and Nathan, Karl & I decided to go for an afternoon of skiing at Perfect North in Lawrenceburg, IN. This is what Nathan & I looked like early in the morning on the slopes.

We had a long day of skiing and around lunch time we decided to try some different trails. We toned it down just a little, as after 7 hours of skiing we were a little tired.

After we had gone down all the double black diamond trails three times and coached the National Ski Patrol members through the moguls, I took a little tumble.

Considering we had made new friends with the ski patrol, I decided to let them practice their rescue techniques by letting them take me down the hill in the sled.

We all decided to call it a day because we didn't want to miss Super Bowl XL.

Monday morning I decided to do a little charity work and help pay the doctor's salary. The she told me, "Oooh, I hope you have insurance. This is going to be expensive."

Or something like that happened last Sunday. I'll keep you updated. ;)
