Today I spent the afternoon showing Vivien Prince of Nairobi, Kenya some central Kentucky sights. She is visiting Kentucky after donating an African Safari to the American Lung Association of Kentucky's Breath of Life fundraiser. She owns and operates As You Like It (Safaris) Ltd. Her niche is customizing African safaris to meet the dreams and desires of each traveler.

She can accommodate my desire to see wild animals native to Africa and to climb a volcano. Apparently Kilimanjaro is near in Tanzania as well as a couple of other volcanoes in Kenya.
Awesome. Visiting Vivien and Kenya is absolutely on my to-do list.

Did I also mention she rides Thoroughbred racehorses? She's also trying to save the racing industry in Kenya. The South African racing industry is going strong but Kenya is struggling.
As far as Kentucky sights, we ate lunch at the scenic Woodford Reserve Distillery and then toured Gainsborough Farm.
Beautiful, but it's no volcano. ;)

Jodi,
I revisited your site - thanks so much for keeping your news about me there. Need to get in touch as I have a fabulous safari, ready to go on July 19th for 16 days - this would be perfect for you and some friends? Can you get in touch?
Would love to hear from you
Vivien
