Osborne Bend Loop, Clifty Wilderness

Last Sunday we took a wonderful stroll through the woods on Osborne Bend Loop in Clifty Wilderness. The trail was one of the most beautiful I've been on so far. I'm a sucker for ferns and this trail had several fern valleys with some of the ferns up to my waist. I should also mention that there were a lot of down trees along the 7 miles that made for some interesting obstacles.

And I'm not quite sure, but I think we might have met Mr. Osborne himself along the way. ;)
