Shoo Shoo Wee

After an insane week of ridiculously long hours at work, I'm ready for some time in the woods. Launching Southern Lights is no easy task. Like any event, there are always those last minute preparations and issues that need to be handled.

Thankfully opening night has come and gone. Things should be a little smoother now. I hope I can shorten my days to, say, 10 hour days instead of 14 hour days. My heavens that is tiring. Especially now that I've been spoiled with only working one job. I remember just one year ago when I was working 6 part-time jobs and 14 hour days were the norm.

Shoo shoo wee.

So now I'm off to an overnight backpack trip to the Big South Fork in Tennessee. And I'm really looking forward to it.
