We introduced some friends of ours to fine Indian cuisine tonight at Tandoor in Lexington. It is sooo good. They were very brave and chose something off the menu with confidence. They really seemed to like it and just about cleaned everything up...that's a good sign.
Once again when I ordered my food hot, the waiter told me that hot really is hot and asked me if I was sure that is what I wanted to order. I don't understand. I guess they see red-headed white girl and assume that I can't handle the heat.
Well, not only can I handle the heat, but next time I think I'm going to try Indian hot. Haven't gone there yet. But in the mean time, pass me another Naan.
