An Update

Sorry I've been a little out of touch. I just wanted to log on for a quick update. Pretty soon my disposable income will be reduced so I'll more time so sit around and blog...but that's a good thing.

I had a FAN-TAB-U-LOUS birthday. Prior to 30th my 25th was the best one...but I think 30 beat it. Work threw me an awesome Office-themed party. I looked at some houses. And I had some margaritas & appetizers with a friend.

Things are moving right along on my buying a house. Tomorrow I'll make my final decision...it's between two...and I'll probably make an offer on one of them on Monday. AHHHHHHHHH! I'm getting so close to buying a house!

I'm equally excited and nervous. My disposable income will be a little skinny until I get my car paid off but I'm right on track to pay that off two years early...which I hope to still maintain that momentum once I buy the house....I hope....

Well, I'll keep you updated when I can. As you probably know if you're sitting in your own home, there's a lot to do.
