Velcro Dog - Adena Trace Trail

If you read the epic long post about the Adena Trace Trail this weekend, then you know we hiked with another dog. Mugsy was his name...but by night #2 he was aptly nicknamed Velcro.

Mugsy is a Cockapoo and is very trail savvy. You might say a real trail magnet because everything on the trail eventually ends up stuck to his fur. And what doesn't stick naturally, he rolls in just for good measure.

At campsite #2 he was full of "hitchhikers" resulting in an interesting look.After his owner realized he had rolled in an unidentifiable icky substance it was bath time in the lake if Mugsy had any hope of being invited in the tent.

Kodie thought she was interested... ...until she got a couple splashes then she decided that was a BAD idea.Mugsy tried desperately to shake off the clean before leaving the lake.It didn't work. He had to do that in the dirt.
