Home Owner Initiation

I am in my house...certainly not "settled" in but still here! I'm very excited and like it very much. We're still doing repairs and making some minor changes. I'm getting a real home owner initiation.


Right now we don't have any water. The plumber was here all day yesterday fixing some plumbing issues. Now, this is my crawl space.

Congrats! Let's hope you had it inspected before moving in! hahah!! I was watching TV last night about foreclosures and one of the deals was you purchase it as is. Ouch!

I hope that's not a picture of your crawl space! Or maybe I do cause it looks like it's a lot closer to the ocean. Can I come a visit? Hang in there, it takes a while to get things just right.

Holy cow! What is that? Your new indoor Class 5 practice rapids for kayaks?

I hope that this gets resolved soon. Either that or I hope you get to be an expert your storm rolls!
