Liquor Store Save My Soul

The stacks of boxes are getting higher and the number of days until I own a home are getter fewer.

And it's also very convenient to live above a liquor store.  I'll miss that for many reasons.  :)

Tonight I ran out of boxes.  So I switched gears from packing stuff up to throwing $&*! out.  I took two bags of crap out to the trash and low and behold there was a stack of delightful boxes in the trash pile.  Boxes that once held Ancient Age, Corona, and Smirnoff.  And will soon hold photos, trinkets, and dishes.

I'm starting to embrace this whole moving thing rather than loathe it.  The stacks of boxes are starting to feel rather homey.  Maybe I'll just stay here and live with the boxes.  Maybe if I stack all the boxes in the right places they will stop the cold air and rain from coming inside the windows.

Nah!  That would just give the mold more places to grow.  Come on new house!!!

Ha! Nicely written.

So, will you have a magic liquor store providing such surprising delights (in addition to the expected delights) near your new house? I hope so. That sounds like a handy place to have around!

Good luck with the final days of packing and stuff!
