Great Thanksgiving

I hope everyone has had a great Thanksgiving Day. I certainly have. I went to my friend's farm and rode my favorite horse...for hours. First I rode with my friend for a while, then he had to get back to make the oyster stuffing, which was his contribution to the Tday dinner. Considering I haven't been on Jake since...well, since, well a really long time, I wasn't ready to put him away. So me, my favorite dog Kodie, and my favorite horse Jake went to the back side of the property and rode for another hour or so.

After I finished up in the barn we went to stuff ourselves with a delicious home-cooked Thanksgiving Dinner. Oh my, I'm still miserable. Everything was fab-u-lous.

It was a lovely day that I will always be thankful for...and I've decided to make a point to go up and get my "horse fix" more often than once a year.

I think I may even camp up there on Christmas...hmmmm...should it be Christmas Eve? I'll decide later.

As usual, I now have to apologize for not posting to this blog often enough. Sorry, and thanks for reading when I do post. :)
