Camel Baby at 4 days old

The camel baby is doing pretty well despite poor blood work. He will get a plasma transfusion later in the week to boost his non-existent immune system. He's still a lot of fun. Here he is having his first meal standing up.

Here he is making a couple of silly faces.Here he is taking a nap on me.And finally, here is one of him and Kodie. She is enamored with him. Anytime she is in the stall she obsessively licks his face. After a couple of minutes of that, he is so annoyed with her licking that he tried to get up, which is great because prior to his first standing meal, he didn't have much incentive to stand.
